## What Fade is
Fade helps barbers and hair salons retain clients: booking → QR check-in → loyalty points → reward → next booking. Clients use the mobile app free. Salons get owner tools (Starter free for up to 2 stylists / Medium / Pro). Fade is not trying to be a marketplace for massages, nails, or every beauty category.

## Who it serves
- **Clients:** find nearby salons, view portfolio photos and reviews, book with a chosen stylist, chat about appointments, check in via QR, earn and redeem rewards at each salon.
- **Salon owners (1–2 stylists and up):** online booking, loyalty configuration, salon QR, staff/services/schedule, portfolio, analytics on web, owner dashboard on iOS/Android.
- **Markets:** worldwide availability; marketing focus Serbia, Germany, Austria, Switzerland and broader Europe.

## Main differentiators
- Booking + salon-owned loyalty + QR check-in in one product (not platform-wide marketplace loyalty).
- No commission on bookings.
- **Starter is free** for salons with up to 2 stylists (web signup; see limits below).
- Mobile app supports 31 device locales; marketing website supports: en, de, sr, hr, tr, es, it, fr, hu, ro, ru, pl, pt, sq, uk, el.

## Salon subscription pricing (EUR, incl. VAT — web promo prices)
Checkout and Stripe/App Store/Google Play are authoritative if prices differ.
- **Starter:** EUR 0/month (free on web; list compare-at EUR 54/month). Limits: up to 2 stylists, 6 portfolio photos, 0 featured/month, push reminders to “My Hairdresser” clients only.
- **Medium:** EUR 49/month promo (list compare-at EUR 75/month); 6-month total EUR 264.60; annual total EUR 470.40. Limits: up to 5 stylists, 9 portfolio photos, 1 featured placement/month (24h), push to all clients.
- **Pro:** EUR 69/month promo (list compare-at EUR 95/month); 6-month total EUR 372.60; annual total EUR 662.40. Limits: unlimited stylists, 18 portfolio photos, 2 featured placements/month (24h), push to all clients.
- Billing: 6 months −10%; annual −20% (upfront totals, not monthly instalments).
- New salons: 14-day Pro trial without card at onboarding (when offered).
- Web-only coupon FADE3M: 3 months Pro free (not redeemable in the mobile app).
- **Medium (€49/mo) and Pro (€69/mo) are available now** on getfadeapp.com — there is no separate “Medium promo code coming soon”.

- Salon QR display (share/print), loyalty redemptions
- Staff, services, schedules, portfolio, reviews
- Web dashboard: subscription billing (Stripe), business analytics (bookings, revenue, new/returning clients, export CSV)
- Optional featured map placements (plan credits + IAP)
